Background

• Bachelor in computer science.
• +5 years of proven work experience working with Python 3.
• Robust experience with algorithms packages in Python e.g. OR-Tools, Tensorflow, Pytorch, Scikit.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Strong knowledge in designing, implementing and using GraphQL APIs and schemas.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Robust documentation and writing skills.
• Languages: Spanish and English written and spoken.
• Bonus: Experience with React using Typescript
• Bonus: MLOPs skills.
• Bonus: DevOps skills
• Bonus: knowledge of mathematical models, and the resources to find and use them.
• Bonus: Portuguese written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment.
• Develop existent and new python packages for internal tooling.
• Take initiative to address the more significant technical needs of the product you work on.
• Improve existing logging, testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support on training peers and collaborate with the development team by giving feedback about the capabilities of the product.
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
• Elaborate research regarding the development you are creating and record said investigations in a formal fashion.
• Can work with little or no supervision.
• Responsible and Result oriented: makes sure things get done, even if it means asking for help.
• Grow in abilities and learn from different areas of the companies to find what they like best.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to identify the client's needs.
