We are now hiring an exceptional Product Manager — a hybrid role crafted for a builder who thrives at the intersection of product strategy, design excellence, and execution. This is a high-impact early hire with significant ownership across our core product surface area.

Role Overview:
As our Product Manager, you will shape the end-to-end user experience for merchants, consumers, and internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with engineering, leadership, and customers to translate business needs into elegant, intuitive product flows that drive adoption, increase conversions, and differentiate SureBright in the market.

You will own product discovery, design systems, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, UX/UI design, and go-to-market alignment. Your work will directly influence how thousands of merchants and millions of consumers interact with warranties and protection plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery, conduct customer research, and identify actionable insights.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure high-quality, timely execution.
• Build and maintain a simple, trustworthy, modern design language across all surfaces.
• Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to iterate and improve.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from concept to launch to scaling.

Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of experience in Product Design, Product Management, or a hybrid role at a SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce company.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and clear UX/UI thinking.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Excellent product sense — able to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business impact.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: background in e-commerce, insurance/warranties, payments, or developer-focused platforms.
