*🛠️ What You’ll Do *
Lead technical design and architecture (HLD/LLD) of major platform components with scalability, performance, and reliability in mind.
Guide and mentor a team of engineers; conduct code reviews, unblock others, and set best practices.
Own the full software development lifecycle — from scoping to deployment — across a range of technologies.
Evaluate and integrate evolving technologies like GenAI, real-time analytics, and personalization engines.
Drive engineering rigor and high standards while shipping fast in a startup environment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, customer success, and sales.
*🔍 What We’re Looking For *
5 to 8 years of strong backend/frontend development experience, ideally in fast-paced start-ups or scale-ups.
Proven leadership experience — whether as a team lead, tech lead, or senior IC guiding junior devs.
Strong understanding of system design and distributed systems; ability to break down complex architectures and build for scale.
Hands-on expertise with:
Backend: Node.js and/or Spring Boot
Frontend: ReactJS, Next.js
Cloud & Infra: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Serverless
Databases: DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis (Pinecone a plus)
Experience building integrations with platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce, or Magento is highly valuable.
Passionate about working with modern technologies and not afraid to push boundaries.
Excellent communication skills with a bias for action and ownership.
