About the Role
This role requires the mindset of a founder—you'll operate as a mini-CEO, tackling high-impact challenges across all areas of the business. Your responsibilities will span:
- Market Expansion: Researching new retail segments and driving growth strategies.
- Operations & Finance: Streamlining processes and optimizing financial decisions.
- Sales & Partnerships: Managing pipelines, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.
- Product & Marketing: Shaping our offering based on customer insights and market trends.
- Strategic Initiatives: Identifying opportunities and executing on what moves the needle.
You’ll be at the forefront of building a company, gaining real-world, hands-on experience in scaling a startup.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
- At least 1 year as a founder (startup or independent venture).
- 3+ years of full-time work experience.
