Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front-End Developer to design, build, and optimize high-performance, user-friendly web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and scalable solutions. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of frontend architecture and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and deploy high-performance, responsive, and accessible frontend applications.
• Integrate frontend solutions with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
• Write unit, functional, and integration tests to ensure robust and reliable code.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional products.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle—from concept and design to deployment and maintenance. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and continuously optimize development workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support the engineering and product teams.
• Implement secure coding standards to mitigate security vulnerabilities.
• Actively engage in Agile/SCRUM rituals and product roadmap discussions.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Research and propose new tools, technologies, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing frontend data-driven applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Jest for scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of responsive and accessible web design best practices.
• Experience integrating frontend solutions with microservices-based systems.
• Solid grasp of software architecture design patterns with practical implementation experience.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Security-oriented mindset with a focus on writing secure and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the team.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities to support junior developers.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with modern frontend tools and frameworks beyond React (e.g., Next.js, Redux).
• Knowledge of containerization and cloud technologies (e.g., Docker, AWS).
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools and best practices.
