We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is integral to both internal operations and our client engagements, supporting strategic decision-making through the development and maintenance of robust financial models. The ideal candidate has a strong Saas finance knowledge, foundation in corporate finance, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to interpret, communicate financial data effectively and proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position will support both internal finance operations and client-facing engagements, playing a pivotal role in translating financial data into actionable insights. The analyst will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to develop scalable models tailored to a fast-evolving SaaS landscape.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, enhance, and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.
• Support both internal planning and client engagement, creating models for pricing strategy, cash flow forecasting, and growth scenario analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and variance analyses with insightful commentary.
• Collaborative cross-functionally to gather data business intelligence and operational data that form assumptions and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and update budget models in alignment with business objectives.
• Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to evaluate business performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with long-range planning and strategic financial initiatives.
• Present clear and concise financial insights and recommendations to leadership team and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity across all financial data and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is a plus; relevant certificates (FP&A) are a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
• Advanced Excel with and financial modeling experience with Saas metrics and modeling best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client driven environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools like Power Bi, Tableau or looker, SQL or Python is a plus.
• Experience supporting executive teams or working directly with clients is highly desirable.
