Nmbr is hiring a Product Management Co-op to work directly with product, engineering, customer experience, and operations on real product work.
We’re looking for someone who already understands what product management is, communicates well, stays organized, and can help move work forward in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a software engineering role, and there is no expectation of writing production code. But it is a technical product role. We work closely with engineers, and a strong candidate should be comfortable understanding APIs, integrations, data flows, and how systems behave in practice. Familiarity with tools like Git, VS Code (or other tools), and Linear is a plus.

What you’ll do

• Work in Linear to manage tickets, triage issues, and keep projects moving
• Gather, organize, and synthesize customer and internal feedback
• Prototype product ideas and workflows
• Work with customers and internal teams to validate problems and solutions
• Support product decisions across technical, operational, and partner-facing workflows
• Own parts of projects and help drive them to completion

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication, judgment, and follow-through
• Interest in technical product management or financial product management
• Comfort working closely with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate with autonomy and handle ambiguity
• Interest in fintech, infrastructure, APIs, payments.

Role details

• Hybrid role, with an expectation of being in our downtown Toronto office around 3 days per week
• Start date is flexible
• Company laptop provided
