The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Bilingual Partner Success Associate (English/French) to support partners as they onboard to the platform and launch their first clients. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning how SaaS and payroll operations work in practice.
You’ll work closely with experienced team members who will support your learning and development, while giving you hands-on exposure to partner onboarding, payroll workflows, and client-facing communication.
What you’ll do
- Support partners during onboarding and early client launches, with guidance from senior team members
- Join partner and client calls to observe, take notes, and assist with follow-ups
- Review incoming data and documentation to ensure required information is complete and accurately formatted
- Help partners understand onboarding steps and basic configuration decisions
- Track tasks, timelines, and outstanding items to keep onboarding moving forward
- Flag questions or potential issues early and escalate to the appropriate internal teams
- Share recurring partner questions and feedback to help improve onboarding processes and documentation
What you bring
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (support, onboarding, account coordination, operations, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with support and clear guidance
- Comfort communicating on calls and via email with a friendly, professional tone
- Ability to explain information clearly and ask thoughtful questions when something isn’t clear
- Close attention to detail — you like double-checking work and catching issues early
- Basic comfort working with spreadsheets or CSV files (you don’t need to be an expert)
- Interest in payroll, fintech, or HR software (experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
- A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools and processes
Canadian experience is not required to be considered for this role.
