This position is scoped to be located in either Chicago, IL or New York, NY and will work on a hybrid schedule (4-days/week in-office). At the moment, we are targeting candidates who are currently based in those markets and not offering relocation. Thank you for understanding!
About the role
The Strategic Partnerships Lead sits at the center of Attain’s relationships with the world’s most influential social platforms. You will shape how Attain partners, integrates, and scales across the social ecosystem, directly driving revenue growth through adoption of our outcomes solutions.
This is a high-impact role for a commercial leader who thrives at the intersection of platform strategy, data and technology partnerships, and performance-driven growth. You’ll own and expand our most important social platform relationships, as well as direct first-party technology and data partnerships that power adoption of Attain’s outcomes solution suite; including purchase-based audiences for activation, optimization signals, live shopper insights, and in-flight measurement tied to real business outcomes. In close collaboration with agency sales, product, and leadership, you will help embed Attain into ongoing platform workflows, making Attain a default partner for outcome-driven activation on social.
What You’ll Do
As the Commercial Lead supporting Attain’s largest social platform partnerships, you will operate at the intersection of revenue growth, adtech infrastructure, and measurement strategy.
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic social platform partnerships, with full accountability for revenue impact, scaled adoption, and long-term expansion
- Serve as the primary commercial lead for assigned platforms, advancing opportunities from discovery through close, technical alignment, launch, and multi-product expansion
- Identify and unlock monetization opportunities aligned to platform priorities by leveraging Attain’s outcomes, activation, and measurement capabilities
- Build and execute strategic account plans that drive scaled adoption across platform sales teams, revenue orgs, and enterprise customer groups
- Lead full-cycle partnership motions including prospecting, RFP participation, commercial structuring, technical integration planning (CAPIs, event pipelines, APIs), launch coordination, and performance optimization
- Partner closely with Agency Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations, Product, and Executive Leadership to accelerate pipeline velocity and remove execution blockers
- Present compelling business cases and value narratives to senior platform stakeholders, translating complex data, measurement, and AI concepts into clear commercial outcomes
- Forecast, track, and manage partnership performance against defined revenue goals with strong pipeline discipline and risk mitigation
- Lead negotiations, deal structuring, and quarterly business reviews that reinforce executive alignment and drive predictable growth
- Serve as a trusted advisor to platform teams on measurement strategy, incrementality frameworks, optimization signals, data collaboration, and success metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, platform sales, or commercial roles within digital advertising, ad tech, data, or measurement
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through strategic partnerships with major platforms, media owners, or enterprise technology partners
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to build and retain senior relationships (VP/C-level), drive alignment across stakeholder groups, and grow long-term, multi-year partnerships
- Deep fluency across the modern advertising ecosystem, including performance media, measurement frameworks (incrementality, attribution, lift), identity, and data collaboration
- Technical proficiency with advertising and data activation infrastructure, including CAPIs, event pipelines, audience onboarding, and API-based integrations
- Strong understanding of privacy-safe data activation and measurement environments, including clean rooms, collaboration platforms, and first-party data workflows
- Demonstrated comfort operating at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for partners and customers
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance signals, diagnose issues, and translate data into strategic recommendations and growth plans
- Highly organized, self-directed operator with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously across internal teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
