About the Role

Our Product Team works seamlessly with engineers, designers, data scientists, and across other organizations to build world-class products. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Director of Product who can lead an early-stage product from early market fit through exponential growth. This role is responsible for evolving our Measurement product with a deep focus on our methodology and our reporting. You will work with our partners, agencies, and advertisers who want to measure performance of their campaigns tied to an actual customer purchase of their products. You will partner with other PMs to drive the growth and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience ideally in startup environments with 4+ years specifically in Ad Tech
  • Experience working with data, data analysis, and/or measurement in Ad Tech at a tech company, media agency, consulting firm, advertiser, or research company
  • Experience with measurement products and measurement methodologies including attribution, incrementality, test control, brand lift, causal inference, panel-based studies
  • Experience building ad experimentation products
  • Understanding of the impact of digital privacy laws and regulations and building products that are compliant with these laws and regulations
  • A record of taking products to market from idea conception to launch in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to engage cross-functionally and with company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

Responsibilities

  • Defining the measurement strategy, vision, goals, and product roadmap
  • Owning and defining the commercial success for our measurement products including data needs and measurement methodologies
  • Partnering with product marketing to educate and equip our sales team to effectively sell our measurement product
  • Working directly with key advertisers and agencies to ensure successful deployment of the product
  • Working with Sales Team to understand prospect and customer needs to guide product development
  • Working with Partnership Team to build and manage our portfolio of partners to help drive adoption of our products
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of your products and maintain KPI dashboards
  • Work with fellow Product Managers to continue innovating your products
