Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to generate leads and identify potential customers.
  • Qualify leads through strategic questioning to assess their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead interactions, update customer information, and report on sales activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and processes to optimize performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Office Suite.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.
