Job Title: Technical Operations Manager

iink is a vertical Fintech platform for restoration professionals that automates administrative workflows and alleviates cash flow issues associated with property insurance claims.

About the Role: The Technical Operations Specialist plays a critical role in our organization by serving as the bridge between various departments and the operations team. This individual will be responsible for interpreting and understanding the technical needs of each department, facilitating communication, and ensuring that operations align with the overall goals and objectives of the company. The successful candidate will be a technical expert with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Operations Department and other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, R&D, IT, Production).
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to assess their technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans for the operations team.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and oversee cross-functional projects that involve multiple departments, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various departments to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing insights to management.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to different departments when needed, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of departmental processes, procedures, and technical requirements.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for departmental staff on new processes, systems, or tools introduced by the operations team.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all operations activities and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration).
  • Proven experience in a technical role, preferably in an operations or cross-functional capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Hubspot experience a plus.

Potential pay range: $110K - $130K
