About the Role

The Outreach Specialist at HelixIntel is responsible for driving lead generation and initiating client relationships to promote PropertyOS™, our platform built to simplify facility maintenance. This role plays a key part in identifying and qualifying prospects in our core industries such as education, government, and manufacturing. Working closely with both Marketing and Sales, the Outreach Specialist ensures consistent messaging and a seamless handoff of qualified leads, contributing directly to HelixIntel’s growth strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and research prospective clients in target industries using tools like LinkedIn, industry databases, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Conduct targeted outreach via email and phone calls to engage decision-makers and generate interest in PropertyOS™.
  • Deliver compelling initial pitches and respond to prospect inquiries, highlighting the value of PropertyOS™ features like work order management, asset tracking, and predictive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align outreach messaging and leverage supporting content such as case studies and webinars.
  • Schedule virtual demonstrations and coordinate smooth handoffs to Sales and Customer Success.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their maintenance needs, budget, and fit for PropertyOS™, ensuring high-quality opportunities are passed to the Customer Success team.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, lead status, and contact notes in Salesforce.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on conversations with prospects to improve messaging and targeting strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification targets to support sales goals.
  • Stay informed on relevant industry trends and competitive solutions to inform outreach strategies.
  • Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge, outreach techniques, and sales skills to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all outreach activities adhere to HelixIntel’s standards for professionalism and brand consistency.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or outbound sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CMMS, asset management, or facility management solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage high-volume outreach and track multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards (e.g., SOC 2) and their relevance to client data is an advantage.

Compensation

The US-based salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000. We consider an individual's background and experience when determining their final salary; therefore, the base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, as well as equity.

Location

HelixIntel adds talent for in-office, hybrid, and remote roles. This role allows for remote work with occasional travel for client meetings and team gatherings. Our Company is based in Buffalo, NY.
