Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a hands on Vice President of CMMS Sales. The Vice President of CMMS Sales will be actively involved in individual opportunities, be responsible for driving our CMMS sales activites, building out and leading our sales teams, managing our sales pipeline and forecast activities, providing input on our marketing strategy, and providing thought leadership towards our product roadmap and services.


  • 5+ years of CMMS sales experience, with specific understanding of what a CMMS buyer and user value most
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of how to identify and reach ideal CMMS customer profiles, target appropriate personas.
  • Strong cross functional leadership and management skills, with experience as a team builder
  • You are a self-starter with a proven ability to grow a business
  • You are able to bring the level of entrepreneurship, creativity, commitment, time, patience, and humor it takes to work with an evolving and growing organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Target Market Segmentation and Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients in industries where CMMS solutions are crucial, such as manufacturing, facilities management, healthcare, public sector, and transportation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or related field
  • Ability to accurately manage a sales pipeline and forecast quarterly results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically for CMMS solutions. Understand the decision-making process in enterprise clients and tailor approaches accordingly.
  • Product Demonstration and Consultation: Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, highlighting how the CMMS software can optimize maintenance operations, reduce downtime, and save costs.
  • Revenue Goals and KPIs: Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies to ensure sales success.
  • Contract Negotiations and Closure: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms that are favorable to both the client and the company. Skillfully manage the sales cycle to closure.
  • Market Trends and Product Feedback: Stay informed about industry trends in maintenance management and SaaS solutions. Provide insightful feedback to the product team for continuous product improvement.

The salary range for this role is commensurate with experience. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skillset, education and/or certifications.
