This is a full-time on-site role for a talented Operations Supervisor who will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest service + maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

What will you do at Frontdesk?

  • Quality Control: Inspect + improves units to ensure they reflect the Frontdesk promise of unparalleled service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain the market’s inventory
  • Be Available : For both guests + team members within a moment’s notice
  • Be Flexible: Understands how to prioritize multiple tasks and demands without it affecting the operation


  • 6 Months to 1 Year Hotel or Multifamily Experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues

What are we looking for?

  • 1+ Years Hotel or Multifamily Operations
  • Proven ability to lead, prioritize and deliver with a focus on driving team performance through coaching, training and accountability
  • Great communication skills, able to define clear action steps for their team members and effectively delegate
  • Ability to take the initiative and problem solve independently
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to adapt and flex to shifting priorities
  • Embraces technology for team management and collaboration and motivated to adopt new and emerging technologies
  • Strong ability to establish positive relationships with others
  • Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing, always challenging startup environment
  • Basic spreadsheet knowledge required i.e., Google suite
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 40lbs, and stand/walk for extended periods of time
  • Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights and weekends as business requires
  • Must have a phone + be available to utilize during work hours
  • This role requires a reliable vehicle to use for work, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record with proof of insurance
