Job Description

Mesh is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to help drive the growth of our company. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a sale, collaborating with your team to execute deals, and growing Mesh’s market presence. You will spend your time solving key challenges in the digital asset and financial services space, working closely with prospects and clients. This position is 100% remote and must be USA-based.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate a pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
  • Build and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Mesh’s solutions, becoming an expert for prospects and clients.
  • Grow, manage, and execute a sales pipeline with precision and focus.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting for sales and account growth.
  • Act as a key advocate for prospects and customers within Mesh, influencing product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
  • Prospect, build, and nurture new sales opportunities in assigned accounts.
  • Align customer needs with Mesh’s capabilities to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed your sales quota.
  • Travel for conferences and company meetings as needed.
  • Manage relationships with large enterprises and close high-value deals.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years minimum experience in a sales role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong experience and knowledge in digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech ecosystem.
  • A closing mentality with a collaborative and consultative approach to sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, and independence, with a positive attitude toward collaboration.
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger is a plus.
