Overview
As a Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of identifying and hiring top-tier talent to fuel our growth ensuring we continue to build an innovative and high-performing team. In addition, you will put processes in place around the recruiting function at the Company. You will also oversee the full lifecycle of the Company’s recruitment process including: sourcing and outreach, interviewing, offer negotiations and onboarding. This is a remote position but candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles including: sourcing, interviewing, offer stages and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build out job descriptions.
- Determine specific hiring processes for each role and coordinate interviews accordingly.
- Build a strong, ongoing pipeline of candidates, especially in critical or hard-to-fill roles, anticipating future hiring needs.
- Manage job listings on Company career page and Linkedin.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods to proactively identify and engage with high-caliber technical professionals.
- Assist in the offer negotiation process which includes executing offer letters, contracts, compliance documents, reference checks and background checks.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Regularly assess the talent market to stay competitive and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience at an early-stage company or start-up is a plus.
- Previous experience at a fintech or crypto company is preferred.
- Experience with working in ATS platforms such as Bamboo, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.
- Ability to remain flexible and shift priorities based on business needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High sense of urgency and able to project manage effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Has a growth mindset and is looking to learn and grow with the Company.
