We’re hiring an Install Technician to support our live event production and operations around the globe. As the Tech Ops Lead, you will be responsible for managing the installation, logistics, and communication, as well as assisting in the planning of new mixed-reality experiences. You will have a hands-on perspective into the innerworkings of a dynamic growing startup.
You are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and punctuality comes as a second nature. You don’t go home until the job is done, and are open to working on-site and willing to travel for work, including nights and weekends. Impeccable communication, active listening and note taking skills.
Experience in top tier physical event production and high-end AV equipment.
Expert in immersive decoration - you can make a space come to life even before we fill it with holograms and/or manage a team of experts who can.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel to support the physical and digital installations of Verse Immersive popups and other mixed-reality experiences.
Experience troubleshooting IT hardware and software issues.
Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Master the product ins-and-outs to understand customer pain points, as well as gather consumer insights to help refine a better product & process.
Experience with Augmented or Virtual Reality technologies.
Experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Experience with 3D from Unity, Unreal, Maya, or 3DS Max.
