Reports to Founder and CTO
Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise deployments of AlgoX2, guiding installations and handling live troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Act as the front-line technical expert for enterprise deployments of AlgoX2
- Guide installs on-prem and in cloud Kubernetes, including TLS and ACLs, and migrations from Kafka, Redis, or MQTT
- Handle live troubleshooting, performance tuning, and upgrade planning
- Capture customer feedback to improve product and documentation
What we expect
- Solid background in systems integration on Linux, Kubernetes, and Helm
- Familiarity with messaging or streaming systems such as Kafka, MQTT, NATS, or Redis
- Clear communication with customer engineering teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite work or remote support windows
