Join us as a founding engineer to build the core platform with ultra-low latency pub/sub, stream processing, and multi-protocol integration.
What you'll do
- Build the core platform: ultra-low latency pub/sub, stream processing, and multi-protocol integration
- Shape engineering culture, stack choices, CI/CD, tooling, and product direction
- Own features end-to-end across backend, APIs, performance tuning, and scaling
- Help hire the next engineers and refine our hiring bar
What we expect
- Proven experience with distributed systems or streaming platforms
- Strong hands-on skills in C++, Rust, Go, or Java
- Deep knowledge of latency, throughput, fault tolerance, and protocol design
- Startup mindset: you move fast in ambiguity and go beyond "just code"
